Careers
Build things that matter, with people who care how they are built
We are a small senior team working on systems organisations genuinely depend on. That means real ownership, honest estimates and work you can point at years later. We expect you to think, not just execute.
Why work here
Small teams, real ownership, work you can point at
Small teams, real ownership
You work directly with the people making decisions. No layers between you and the problem.
Learning built into the week
Protected time for study, internal talks and open source. We fund certifications that matter to your path.
A pace you can sustain
We plan for a rhythm that holds for years. Overtime is the exception we plan against.
Remote-friendly
Work from home by default, with a Kampala office when you want the room and the whiteboard.
Transparent pay
Published internal bands, reviewed annually, with a clear path between levels.
Work with visible impact
Our systems keep clinics running, move freight and settle payments. The outcomes are not abstract.
Open roles
6 positions currently open
Salary bands are published on every listing, because negotiating from a starting point disadvantages the people who negotiate least.

Life here
A studio, not a factory floor
We are a small, senior team that works closely together. That shape keeps decisions fast, standards high and the distance between a client's problem and the person solving it short.
Small teams, real ownership
You work with the people building your system. No account layer between you and the engineers.
Learning is part of the job
Protected time each week for study, internal talks and open source. We fund certifications that matter.
Sustainable pace
We plan for a rhythm people can hold for years. Crunch produces defects, which cost more than the overtime saved.
Remote-friendly, Kampala-rooted
Based in Kampala, working across the region. Async by default, in person when it matters.
Next step
Nothing quite fits but you think we should talk?
We keep a list of good people we want to work with. Send us something you have built and a note about what you want to do next.
