The platforms we build with, chosen for fit rather than commission

We hold no reseller arrangements that would bias a recommendation. These are the tools we most often reach for, and we will tell you when something else fits better.

Provider-neutral by design

No reseller arrangement shapes our recommendation

We hold no commission on the platforms we build with, so when something else fits your situation better we will tell you.

Our position

How we choose what to build with

Technology selection is one of the few decisions in a project that is genuinely hard to reverse. We treat it accordingly, and we are explicit about why we recommend one thing over another.

Fit before familiarity

We recommend what suits your workload, team and budget, not what we happen to enjoy using. If that means learning something new, we learn it.

No lock-in by design

We avoid architectures that make leaving expensive. Your data should always be exportable in a documented, usable format.

You own the accounts

Cloud accounts, domains and third-party subscriptions are registered in your name from day one. We work inside your tenancy.

Disclosed partnerships

Where a formal partnership exists, we tell you before making a recommendation, and we tell you what it means for our incentive.

Cost is a design constraint

Every architecture review includes a modelled run-rate. A solution that is technically elegant but financially unsustainable is not a solution.

Common questions

About working with our stack

No. This is a description of what we work with most often, not a restriction. If your organisation has standardised on something else, we will work with it or tell you honestly why it is a poor fit for the problem.
We have no incentive to. We do not take commission from platform vendors, and our support pricing is based on complexity rather than on what you spend with a provider.
That is common and usually fine. We start by understanding what you have, then recommend changes only where there is a clear cost or risk case for doing so.
You do. We register or transfer accounts into your name and work inside your tenancy with least-privilege access. If we part ways, you keep everything.
Yes. Migration and exit planning is a normal part of what we do, and we will model the cost and downtime before you commit to it.

Next step

Want a straight answer on your current stack?

An architecture and cost review will tell you what is working, what is expensive and what we would change first.
