You work directly with the people making decisions, on systems that organisations genuinely depend on.
What you will do
- Run user research and translate findings into design decisions
- Produce flows, wireframes and high-fidelity interface designs
- Maintain and extend our design system across products
- Test designs with real users on their own devices
- Work alongside engineers through implementation, not just handover
What we are looking for
- Three or more years designing digital products
- A portfolio showing process and reasoning, not only finished screens
- Fluency with Figma and a working understanding of front-end constraints
- Interest in accessibility as a design requirement
